With it being the start of December, I thought it would be great to get into the festive mood and begin counting down to Christmas!

Over the next 24 days I will blog daily suggestions with tips and advice on awesome things to do, see or experience during the festive season.  The summer also represents a perfect opportunity on mental and physical wellbeing; a time to re-charge, re-energise and to re-focus.  You’re welcome.

THE FRANKLIN ROAD CHRISTMAS LIGHTS

A must-do, if you haven’t done so already!   The road is engulfed in bright Christmas lights and props, so the best way to experience this is to park up on a nearby side-street and to walk the length of the road.  Treat yourself to an icecream at Ben and Jerry’s afterwards too.

The lights are turned on at 8.30 until 11pm every night from the 1st until the 26th December. Bring the family, bring your friends and enjoy the Christmas spirit, courtesy of the residents of Franklin Road.
