Wow. I made it to day 24! The past month has made me realise how many great things there are to do, that help contribute to positive health and wellbeing.
Sometimes people think you need to be doing something big, showy or expensive to have a great experience. This is not true at all. A lot of these things are so simple, you can do them from home! There are also lots of fun, free things out there too. You just need to be curious and research on websites such as Eventfinda or on Facebook to see what’s happening in your neck of the woods.
So to finish it all off, I encourage you to REMINISCE. I love that word. It means to “indulge in enjoyable recollection of past events”.
Savouring past events and memories helps you to remember good times (and puts a smile on your face). How very apt as we stroll into Christmas. Dig out your photo albums (physical or electronic) and look back at the year that was. I leave you with a few of my favourite memories from this year.
Ia Manuia lava le Kerisimasi ma le Tausaga fou.
#xmascountdown2017 From 1-24 December I will blog daily suggestions with tips and advice on awesome things to do, see or experience during the festive season. The summer also represents a perfect opportunity on mental and physical wellbeing; a time to re-charge, re-energise and to re-focus. You’re welcome.
