Day 21: Think about your word of the year

According to The Public Address the word of the year is Jacindamania, with the runner up #metoo.

Other notable mentions are “fiscal hole”, “Metiria”, “let’s do this”, “te reo”, “covfefe” (one of my faves), and “alternative facts’.  Yes, politics well and truly dominated and influenced our vocabulary this year!

So here’s my challenge for you today.  Think of what your word of the year is… It could be a word you’ve often used, or perhaps it captures a theme or flavour that best describes your year.

For me, words that come to mind are…

  • Sparkling water
  • Raclette
  • Full circle
  • Serendipity
  • EV

#xmascountdown2017  From 1-24 December I will blog daily suggestions with tips and advice on awesome things to do, see or experience during the festive season.  The summer also represents a perfect opportunity on mental and physical wellbeing; a time to re-charge, re-energise and to re-focus.  You’re welcome.
