Have you heard of the Auckland Humanity Project?
If not, then I’m mighty glad that you’re reading this now!

The Auckland Humanity Project features videos of Aucklanders responding to a single question. The responses are shared via their Facebook page and other digital channels. According to their website: together your experiences tell a bigger story and help us all to understand Our Humanity.
More than being light and fluffy, the stories are truly based on the real lived experiences of the contributors. You feel their pain. You sense their loss. You laugh along with them. You smile at their successes. You nod along to their achievements.

I admit to watching a few stories that brought me to tears, but the realness and sense of hope makes them so appealing.
So if you want to enjoy being human in all it’s bittersweet and hopeful glory, then take a moment to watch a video or three and reflect on your life too. We have much to celebrate, remember and appreciate.
#xmascountdown2017 From 1-24 December I will blog daily suggestions with tips and advice on awesome things to do, see or experience during the festive season. The summer also represents a perfect opportunity on mental and physical wellbeing; a time to re-charge, re-energise and to re-focus. You’re welcome.
